New COVID update pick up details

Dear Parents/Carers,

From tomorrow, Wednesday 19th August, the Department of Education has stated that "non-essential adults are not permitted on school grounds." We had worked around this before, carefully considering the fact that social distancing of parents and carers is more successful inside the school, outdoors, and spread out across the oval.

After discussion with our Director, School Educational Leadership, and now understanding that it would be impossible to contact trace "casual contacts" who enter the school of an afternoon, we have been left with no choice but to exclude all non-essential adults from the school site.

We have labelled each gate in the school with a number (1-6). You can see these marked on the map below. Tell your child the gate you will meet them at in the afternoon.

Parents are requested to social distance outside the school gates. This is for you and your family’s health. Wearing a mask is also advisable in this situation.
