Hoxton Park Public School Community Hub
Hoxton Park Public School’s Community Hub is a program that is run in partnership with Community Hubs Australia. The program supports families and their children as they navigate the education system and strengthen their connections with the local community. Community Hubs bridge the gap between migrants and the wider community. We connect women with schools, with each other and with organisations that can provide health, education and support.
Located in the school grounds we provide a safe, welcoming, family friendly place, where people can meet, learn and make friends.
At our Community Hub we offer a variety of programs that encourage social connections including cooking experiences, community garden, and playgroups. In the future we hope to offer Adult Migrant Education Programs to support the ongoing needs of families newly settled in Australia.
At Hoxton Park Public School Community Hub we welcome all members of our community, please come down and introduce yourself and connect with other families.
